Carlie Thibault
Understanding human behavior is the foundation of great leadership. My background spans learning and development, business management, and curriculum design—but it all started in behavioral biology, studying primates in labs and zoos. Without language as a tool, I learned to focus on intention, motivation, and rewards, shaping my approach to learning in business. Reinforced behaviors persist in all species, including humans.
This curiosity led me to explore leadership, earning my MS in Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver in 2021. My learning design helps leaders apply theory through small, impactful behavioral changes in their daily work. Outside of this, I love hiking and kayaking with my golden retrievers, always eager to explore the natural world.
